Pameto is the oldest company in the Finnish fastening business.
Pameto was founded in 1952 as a family business.
In 1996 as a result of corporate acquisition Pameto was merged into Etola Group.
In 2000 Ruuvivalmiste Oy (the manufacture of fasteners) was merged into Pameto.
In 2006 and 2007 as a result of corporate acquisition Helsingin Pultti Oy, Suomen Pultti, Dinsol Oy and NCC Kiinnitystekniikka Oy were merged into Pameto concern.
On the picture one can see the buildings that served as Pameto's premises in 70s, 80s and early 90s.
In 2009 Helsingin Pultti was merged into ETRA concern.
In 2010 Pameto Sievi`s business was sold to the new independent company Suomen Konepuristin Oy.
